Tyrone Jeffers
Vice President, Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain

Tyrone (Ty) Jeffers is Vice President, Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain at ±¬ÁϹÏ, guiding efforts to optimize the company’s global manufacturing capabilities. Ty works with our 20 manufacturing sites around the globe, leading an enterprise-wide team in improving operational effectiveness, increasing productivity, delivering on customer commitments, and enhancing safety.
Prior to joining ±¬ÁÏ¹Ï in 2018, he served as the supply chain integration leader for the Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas merger. His team drove cost efficiency and rooftop rationalization to deliver over $1 billion in cost synergies.
He started his career with General Electric in 1996 as a manufacturing training program member. He spent the next 22 years running factories and supply chains within GE Industrial and GE Oil & Gas. His career includes two years of living in Shanghai, China, where he led the Asia Pacific manufacturing and sourcing teams. One of his career highlights was serving as one of the global operating leaders for GE’s African American Forum.
Ty is a member of the board of directors for Integer Holdings Corporation (NYSE: ITGR). Integer is one of the world's largest medical device outsource (MDO) manufacturers, serving the cardiac, neuromodulation, vascular and portable medical markets.
He received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University in Greensboro, NC. He serves as the Chairman of the N.C. A&T Engineering Advisory Board, where he partners the university with industry to drive innovation and growth.
